Day treatment is an intensive, structured, therapeutic and rehabilitative day treatment group program that is offered for a minimum of six hours per week. Staff work with recipients to reduce or relive the effects of mental illness while developing and improving independant living and social skills.
Who Is Eligible?
You must be 18 years or older, a resident of Kittson, Mahnomen, Marshall, Norman, Polk or Red Lake County and have experienced serious or persistent mental illness and/or traumatic brain injury.
How Much Do These Services Cost?
Community Support Services are free to eligible people. The program is funded through grants, as well as state and county Medical Assistance.
