“Growing up in adversity, I find it a privilege to walk alongside of and work for people who are experiencing adversity. It is powerful hearing someone’s story and working with them on building towards their personal and family goals. My approach to facilitate change focuses on those strengths and tools that we have to build new tools or adapt current ones to reach our goals.”
